Spring & Fall Club Classic Golf Tournaments
All sponsors for each tournament will receive the following exposure elements as long as sponsorship is confirmed by the deadline indicated:
1. Recognition in the Rooflines prior to the tournament.
2. Your company will receive sponsorship SIGNAGE at the designated area pertaining to the level/type of sponsorship at the event (ie. hole sponsors will receive recognition on particular hole, beverage cart sponsors will receive recognition on the beverage carts, etc.)
3. Opportunity to distribute complimentary GOLF FAVORS to players at the tournament at Bear Creek Golf & Racquet Club.

SILVER SPONSOR Dinner & Awards Ceremony Sponsorship Cost: $200 (30) Available
PLEASE NOTE: All "hole sponsors" will receive double exposure (ie. signage on the East Course and signage on the West Course). All holes will be shared with a co-sponsor.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Flights will be played on the West Course and the East Course.
2. ALL sponsor representatives that DO NOT participate as a golfer are invited to attend the dinner and awards ceremony by reservation only.
3. AAGD Golf Cart Policy: Only the tournament players will receive golf carts. NO spectators will be provided with golf carts, unless your company is a Platinum Sponsor.
4. Courtesy on the Course: ALL spectators should practice consideration for the tournament players. No one should move, talk or stand too close to the ball, hole or player when a player is addressing the ball or making a stroke.
5. Bear Creek Food & Beverage Policy: NO alcoholic beverages, may be brought onto the Bear Creek Course premises. Bear Creek will allow snacks (ie. chips, crackers, fruit, etc.) and bottled water to be served from the sponsored holes by the sponsoring company. ALL sponsors must advise Bear Creek that they intend to serve snacks or bottled water from their hole. In addition, NO ice chests will be allowed to be brought on the premises . . . Bear Creek will provide "Bear Creek ice chests" for all sponsors serving snacks.
PLEASE NOTE: All other food & beverage items MUST be ordered through Bear Creek!
6. Bear Creek & AAGD do have a dress code! All players should wear a collared shirt with sleeves. All shorts should be hemmed. All company representatives should wear proper attire, as well (ie. no halter tops, bathing suites, short shorts, cutoffs, etc.)
