Irving Satellite Meetings
The AAGD Satellite Meetings continue to grow and provide an excellent opportunity to capture large audiences and inform attendees about your company's product or service.
During the 2005-2006 year, all Satellite meetings will be luncheon meetings. Following are the various levels of sponsorship opportunities available for the AAGD Monthly Satellite Meetings.
PLATINUM SPONSOR (1) $500.00
As a Platinum Sponsor your company will receive top billing for the event. You will be the only sponsor of the event, thus will receive the maximum exposure opportunities available through the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
Exposure Elements Include:
- Reserved seating at the Chairperson's Table for (2) company representatives (except for June Installation Meeting).
- During the meeting, the Chairperson will read one (1) full page of double spaced text about the company, product or service (text to be provided by company representative 10 days prior to the event date).
- Signage stating sponsoring company name incorporated into the centerpieces on each table during the meeting.
- Prominent signage at the event identifying your company as the event sponsor.
- Opportunity to distribute complimentary promotional items/materials to all meeting attendees by either placing the material or giveaway in the chairs, on a table at the back of the meeting room for attendees to take if they wish or by handing the items to all attendees as they leave the meeting.
GOLD SPONSORS (2) $250.00
For the AAGD Monthly Satellite Meetings there are (2) Gold Sponsorships available. Both Gold Sponsors will receive joint sponsorship billing and will share the exposure elements available through the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.

- Reserved seating for (1) company representative at the Chairperson's Table (except for June Installation Meeting).
- During the meeting, the Chairperson will read 1/2 page of double spaced text about the company, product or service (text to be provided by company representative 10 days prior to the event date).
- Signage at the event identifying your company as the event sponsor.
- Opportunity to place complimentary promotional items/material on a table at the back of the meeting room for attendees to take as they leave (table to be provided by AAGD).
